With countless sites (and people) clamouring for your attention, it can be difficult to know where to start when hiring. The key thing to remember is “no size fits all” - different websites have expertise in contrasting roles, so we’ve broken it down to make finding your next hire easy.
Good for hiring across Europe and Asia. Good for skilled labor. These are the guys actually pressing the buttons and turning knobs. Not Amazon-specific but plenty of talent here. Meant for hourly freelance work but you can find full time folks here as well.
Example roles to look for here:
Amazon specific only. They are under new management since Nate sold it. They will pretty much assign you a dedicated recruiter for any role you want which is cool.

Use to hire in the Philippines. A lot of Amazon-specialist roles here, but mostly all ground floor stuff - guys turning knobs and pressing buttons. Not good for leadership hires.

Use to hire the highest-level positions in your company. Leadership and intrapraneurship roles. Use this to swipe employees from other companies. This is where you find 'another you' or even 'a better you' to set a vision, set targets, create plans of action, manage staff, break through brick walls to achieve objectives. The tool is quite pricey - will run you a couple hundred a month.

Use to hire young, hungry, skilled talent. Can be on the expensive side but doesn’t have to be. This is the platform lots of tech companies use to recruit, it is also used to raise funding for early-stage startups.

Use to hire management and leadership roles. For hiring in the UK or US. Not Amazon specific at all. Can be hit or miss but they post on other platforms for you and typically send you only qualified candidates.

A lot of times this ends up being the best resource. Using your own lists, group chats, socials, you can find people you already have some degree of trust with or some kind of relationship (even if it is one degree removed) with. Pretty much any position can be filled this way.
